Orders are packed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days of being placed.

Standard Post can take up to 7 business days for delivery

We’re an online-only retailer. This means that we don’t have any physical stores, and due to safety reasons we can’t let customers into our Fulfilment Centre. 

If you have questions about a product, our friendly Customer Service team is here to help.


Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be issued. 

You will receive this via an email notification, and you may also log in to your Storkke account and head to the ‘My Orders’ page to track your order.

Our carrier may experience a few day's delay in transit, this is normal and is due to unforeseen circumstances in the delivery journey. It does not need to be cause for concern, however, if you are unsure keep an eye on your tracking details or contact the carrier for delivery network updates.

Once you've placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent.

Your confirmation will be sent to the same email address that was used when placing your order.

Sometimes this can be hidden in your junk mail, so please be sure to check there too!

Once an order has been placed Strokke are unable to cancel your order or make any amendments.

Please ensure all items and details are correct before finalising your order, including your shipping address.

At Storkke we may offer pre-orders for products that are in high demand and have previously sold out quickly, or for new arrivals that are limited in stock.

Pre-orders generally take 4-8 weeks from order to delivery.

We are unable to cancel or amend a pre order as stock has been ordered and already allocated to you.

What happens if I've purchased an in-stock item and a pre-order item in the same transaction?

In-stock your product will be dispatched within 48 hours using your chosen delivery method.

Pre-order your product will be dispatched promptly once it becomes available. Plus, we will waive the delivery fee! The delivery method will be determined based on shipping preference in your original transaction.


Faulty Products

At Storkke customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer refunds, returns or replacements for faulty products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

We do not offer returns for change of mind. All products purchased are final unless deemed faulty.

Some products in our ranges we are able to restock. You can nominate to be emailed when a product in back in stock through the product page.
